What you share.

When you enquire, you may provide your name, email and other contact details, team and order information, messages, and uploaded artwork or reference files. Please leave unnecessary sensitive personal information out of your artwork and attachments.

Why we use it.

We use information we receive only to answer enquiries, prepare designs and quotes, manage orders, prevent abuse and operate the website.

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you send the enquiry form, your reference files upload directly to our Vercel Blob storage, and your details and file links are saved there too. Stored files are not listed publicly and sit at long, randomly generated links that we share only with our team, so your enquiry is never lost even if an email fails to arrive. Resend then delivers the enquiry to sales@hakryx.com. Hostinger provides our mailbox service and processes received messages. We do not maintain a separate customer database or CRM.

A hidden field on the form (invisible and unused by real visitors) helps us silently ignore automated submissions, without any third-party verification service or tracking cookie. See Vercel’s privacy policy, Resend’s privacy policy and Hostinger’s privacy policy.

Your form entries and files.

Typing or selecting files does not upload them. Sending the form uploads your reference files and submits your details without leaving this website. A confirmation on this page means your enquiry was received and saved; if a problem occurs, nothing is lost and your entries and files stay ready so you do not need to redo them.

Text entries and product choices are saved in this browser tab’s session storage when you leave the page, so they can be restored when you return. Selected files stay in page memory until you send them and are not saved in session storage; after a reload, select files again. A successful send clears the saved form entries. Closing the tab normally ends the session, though browser restore settings may retain it.

Email links open your email application and use your email service separately from the form. Your browser also requests page files and images from our website host.

How long we keep it.

Your enquiry details and reference files are kept in our Vercel Blob storage as the record of your request. Attachments received by email also remain with the message in our Hostinger mailbox.

Our retention policy is to manually delete unsuccessful enquiries and their attachments within 12 months. Customer and order records may be kept longer only when reasonably required for service, business, accounting or legal obligations. Provider processing and backup practices are governed by their respective policies.
